<p><span><span>A team of UC 海角原创 scientists and flood experts have 鈥渞everse engineered鈥� FEMA data regarding the federal agency鈥檚 new Risk Rating 2.0 to better understand expected premium changes for California policyholders down to the zip code. </span></span></p>

<p>Unconventional spaces could be put to use generating renewable energy while sparing lands that could be better used to grow food, sequester carbon and protect wildlife and watersheds, says a study led by the University of California, 海角原创.
